Qualifications and Experience
Qualifications and experience are not something you can get easily. You have to work hard to earn them. To become an expert and achieve the best results as an appraiser and expert, you need extensive training. This training doesn't just involve studying specialized literature. It also includes practical application of the knowledge you have gained. Apart from successfully completing my apprenticeship as a wooden boat builder, I have several years of experience as a specialized salesperson for a well-known yacht equipment supplier. This practical knowledge was followed by many years working in yacht building management. I gained further knowledge in theory and practice as a specialist advisor in damage management and wholesale.
An appraiser and expert is only as good as their ability to adapt to different requirements. It is not the responsibility of clients and other interested parties to know in advance which appraisal is optimal for which subsequent procedure. The more theoretical and practical knowledge an expert has, the more targeted an appraisal can be. The goal is always to get the best possible outcome from every situation. Therefore, I have high standards for your satisfaction. I am competent in value and condition appraisals, exposés, casualty and other damage appraisals. I am equally reliable in evidence preservation and the creation of court and arbitration appraisals, as well as construction and repair supervision, up to and including yard acceptance and purchase advice.
